The Setting Up For Summer Challenge is a 21 day framework giving you a launchpad into getting ready for summer.

Most people wait till the Summer is here & then proceed to "panic lose" a few pounds only to set themselves up for massive weight gain just a few weeks later.

Since Summer is just a little less than 90 days away we're going to get a head start on losing the unwanted fat but in a slower and more sustainable way so you can still enjoy your favorite food and time with your family.
